Avaan (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our business associates (“users”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information processed through the Avaan Associate App.

We collect the following information when you use the app:

a. Shipment & Customer Data (via scan/upload):

Pickup address
Drop address
Package information
Insurance details
Customer name, phone number, and email

b. Device Information:

Mobile device model
Operating system
App usage analytics (for improving performance)

c. Account Information:

Associate ID / login credentials
Activity logs (booking history, time of submission, etc.)

We do not collect unnecessary personal information or track activity outside the app.

2. How We Use the Information

We use your information to:

Generate and verify bookings
Sync shipment data with Avaan systems
Improve accuracy and reduce manual entry
Enhance app performance and security
Provide customer support if required

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Sharing

Data is shared internally within Avaan logistics systems only for operational purposes such as:

Order processing
Shipment tracking
Compliance and audit requirements
