a. Shipment & Customer Data (via scan/upload):
- Pickup address
- Drop address
- Package information
- Insurance details
- Customer name, phone number, and email

- Mobile device model
- Operating system
- App usage analytics (for improving performance)
c. Account Information:
- Associate ID / login credentials
- Activity logs (booking history, time of submission, etc.)
We do not collect unnecessary personal information or track activity outside the app.

- Generate and verify bookings
- Sync shipment data with Avaan systems
- Improve accuracy and reduce manual entry
- Enhance app performance and security
